Angela Baker, Head of HR for Tokio Marine HCC
‘Nasmyth Group and I personally worked with Sarah for 5 years. Sarah fully understands the Japanese market and culture and has been able to deploy this understanding into our business to enable us to develop this export market with training for all levels of our organisation. The PR material she produced for our latest Japan market visit and trade show really impressed Japanese clients who felt they really understood our company- not an easy task. She has also integrated us with wider Japan UK events and activities.”
Rob Holmes, Former Customer Development Executive, Nasmyth. Current: Head of Business Development, Broadway Group, Director, Midlands Aerospace Alliance
Sarah delivered Skype Business Support Sessions to me for 2 years during my work placement in London and I was able to improve my understanding of the British business culture and language. Her unique insights on the differences between how the Japanese and Westerners think and her ability to explain these clearly relating to business operations made a really positive impact on my ability to share information as well as build up a positive relationship and a higher level of understanding between HQ and London.
Nakaba Karasawa, Japanese Ex-pat in UK.
