Sarah is the founder and Managing Director of EWI and is a leading expert in cross-cultural business communications with over 20 years of East West business experience. She is also a professional educationalist having worked across many sectors of teaching and learning in the UK, Japan and Germany and is currently a Research Associate, Japan Research Centre at SOAS, University of London. Madeleine Olausson, MScBa, MCIM

Madeleine comes from Sweden and has lived in the UK for 25 years. She is a multilingual Global Marketing expert with over 20 years experience in B2B marketing strategy and communications in a technology company. She runs her own B2B marketing consultancy company Lena O Consulting 

Madeleine brings a wealth of experience in project management, international engagement, communications, branding and corporate training to EWI as well as her insights into East West communications. In addition to her native Swedish, Madeleine speaks fluent English and Japanese (JLPTN1).
